The Centre for Studies of Home has been awarded four AHRC Collaborative Doctoral Awards on ‘Home-work: connections and transitions in London from the 17th Century to the present’.  The CSH (a collaboration between the Geffrye Museum and Queen Mary University of London) are currently inviting applications for the four PhD studentships, which are due to start in October 2012.

Further details can also be found on the CSH website and the Queen Mary website.  The closing date for applications is Friday 29 June 2012 at 4pm.

If you have any queries about the studentships, please contact Professor Alison Blunt.

Information about the CSH’s activities and forthcoming events can be found on their website.

Please feel free to pass this notice on to any colleagues or students who may be interested in this opportunity.

Best wishes,

Zoe Hudson
